Biography

Bevin Reinen is a teacher, blogger, writer, speaker, and consultant who has held numerous leadership positions throughout her 15 years in education.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in K-12 Leadership.  Bevin was named the 2011 Top Teacher Overall by Hampton Roads Magazine, the 2015 Virginia Beach City Public Schools City-Wide Teacher of the Year, and the 2015 Virginia Region II Teacher of the Year.  She was nationally recognized as both an ASCD and NAEYC Emerging Leader. Bevin is endorsed in Administration and Supervision and is Nationally Board Certified as an Early Childhood Generalist.  Her work appears in numerous print and online publications such as Chicken Soup for the Soul, Scholastic Teacher Magazine, and EaryChildhoodTeacher.org.  She is also the owner of TeachTrainLove.com, a collaborative community that engages thousands of educators who are committed to professional learning and passionate about the social, emotional, and academic growth of young learners. Bevin believes that relationships are the cornerstone of all great teaching, leading, and learning.
